Right of Withdrawal
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel certain orders within a set period. Here's exactly how it works at Rezumia.

This page explains your right to withdraw from a paid order with Rezumia, the timeframe in which you can do so, and how refunds are processed. It applies in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace them.
1. The 14-Day Withdrawal Window
You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you place a paid order to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions in Section 3 below. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the order-confirmation email is sent.
2. How to Exercise the Right
To withdraw, you must inform us with a clear, unambiguous statement before the 14-day window ends. You may:
- Email our support team via the contact page with your order number and the words "I wish to withdraw from my order."
- Submit a cancellation request from your dashboard under "Orders."
- Call us at 1-628-214-5638 during business hours.
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.
3. When the Right Does Not Apply
Consumer-protection law allows certain digital and personalised services to be excluded from the right of withdrawal. The following situations apply at Rezumia:
- Personalised writing already underway. If you expressly asked our writer to begin work within the 14-day window and the draft has been delivered to your dashboard, the right of withdrawal lapses for the portion of work already performed.
- Rush / express orders. When you select an expedited turnaround that places delivery inside the 14-day window, you confirm that performance will start immediately and waive the right of withdrawal once the writer has accepted the brief.
- Downloaded resumes & templates. If you download a finalised, watermark-free file from the AI builder, the digital-content exception applies once download begins.
You will see a clear confirmation of these waivers in the checkout flow before any payment is taken.
4. Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal applies and you have exercised it within the window:
- We will refund all payments received from you for the cancelled order using the same payment method, unless we agree otherwise with you.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Your bank may take additional time to credit your account.
- If a partial service was performed at your request before withdrawal, we may deduct a proportional amount corresponding to the work already delivered.
5. Revisions vs. Withdrawal
Many concerns can be resolved through our free unlimited-revisions policy rather than full withdrawal. If the draft you received doesn't meet expectations, request revisions from your dashboard within 30 days of delivery and your writer will rework it at no extra cost.
6. Consumers Outside the EU / UK
Customers located outside the European Union and the United Kingdom are not statutorily entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period. As a goodwill policy, however, Rezumia voluntarily extends the same 14-day window globally on the same terms described above.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us first if anything goes wrong with your order - we resolve most concerns within one business day. Initiating a chargeback before contacting support may delay refund processing and result in a temporary account hold while the dispute is investigated.
